Notes

Heinken is a popular international pale lager that has been brewed since 1872.

The base pilsner malt should preferably be a German brand, like Weyermann.

There are Danish lager liquid yeast varieties, although any clean fermenting lager yeast will work.

Green bottles are more likely to have skunk off-flavor.
