🍺 Top-down brew: Eisbock/eisbier alcohol calculation
Alcohol by volume after adding or removing water

Notes
Eisbier (or eisbock) is a high alcohol beer made by lowering the temperature of the fermented beer to just below the freezing point. Removing the frozen water raises the alcohol content of the remaining beer.
The same calculations can be used to determine a lowered alcohol content if water is added to the beer.
Basic alcohol calculators for volumen and weight are available on the alcohol calculations page.
